Treatment Details

The Session

• Each session is 90 minutes.
• The first session is 30 minutes longer to take a
  brief history and to provide background information.
• 3 sessions are recommended for full benefit.
  You are not obligated, but it makes the difference
  between immediate and longer lasting effects.
• You can continue your own trigger point treatment
  through instruction, after a few sessions.

Cost

• Cost is $85.00 per session.
  
• Payment by check is preferred.
• Insurance claims are not processed; a receipt for services is available upon request.
• You will be asked to sign the Client Bill of Rights.
  

What to Expect
Depending on your needs, work may begin on a massage chair
to facilitate head, neck, shoulder and upper back work, then
proceed on the heated table in the treatment room.
At the end of the session you will be given take-home exercises
with instructions and recommended reading, as well as
information on self-treatment with the Backnobber.

Follow Up
With permission, you will be called the next day for a report on how you have responded to treatment. You may call with questions or concerns before or after that call.

Special Medical Conditions
Persons with a complex medical history may require a physician's signature stating that trigger point therapy is an acceptable and appropriate treatment for you. This would eliminate further damage if you have any condition which pressure would exacerbate, such as a fracture, aneurism, or clot.

Facility
The treatment facility is located in a private residence, upper floor office. There is a cat on the premises.
